HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Call us at 507-237-6430 or email jen@generationshomecareservices.com for a free, no-obligation consultation. We'll talk through your needs and connect you with our project manager to develop a plan for getting started.
WHO WILL PROVIDE THE SERVICES I NEED?
When you meet with our project manager, she'll assign staff based on care needs, skills, timing and availability. Our leadership team will check in with you periodically to make sure things are going smoothly and make any adjustments, if necessary.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
We'll have you complete a services agreement at the initial visit and confirm an hourly rate so there are no surprises when you receive your first invoice. We bill monthly, and payment can be accepted via check or ACH deposit.
